Each neon sign is custom-made to order and produced according to your selected customization options.

 

Processing & Production Time

All orders are custom-made. Production typically begins shortly after your order is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 2–3 weeks from the date of order confirmation. This estimate includes both production and shipping time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Libe is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, Libe cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other circumstances beyond our control.
