At libe., every neon sign is custom-made according to the specifications provided by the customer.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, custom-made orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Custom-Made Products
Each neon sign is produced specifically for the customer based on the selected text, size, color, font, and other customization options.
Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order. Libe is not responsible for errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information submitted by the customer during the ordering process.
As custom-made products are created according to the customer's individual specifications, they are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and its packaging
After reviewing the claim, Libe may offer a replacement product, repair, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.
Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Libe is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect shipping details.
