How long does the shipping take?
Each neon sign is custom-made just for you, so production begins after your order is placed. Because every sign is individually crafted, delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks.
Can I preview my design before ordering?
Absolutely! We'd be happy to help. Contact us with your text and we'll send you a free digital mockup within 24 hours. No obligation.
How do I choose the right size?
The best size depends on where you plan to display your sign. Smaller sizes are perfect for shelves, desks and cozy spaces, while larger sizes make a statement on walls, at events or in businesses.
The listed sizes refer to the approximate width of your sign. The final height depends on the font and your custom text.

Our neon signs are designed for indoor use only and should be kept away from rain, moisture and direct exposure to the elements.
Is my neon sign covered by a warranty?
Yes! Every custom neon sign is backed by a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue, simply contact us and we'll be happy to help.
What if my sign arrives damaged?
We want you to love your neon sign. If it arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send us a few photos. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Can I return a custom neon sign?
Since every sign is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
