How long does the shipping take?
Each neon sign is custom-made just for you. Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 weeks.
Is shipping free?
Absolutely. Free shipping is included with every custom neon sign delivered anywhere in the USA.

Absolutely! We'd be happy to help. Contact us with your text and we'll send you a free digital mockup within 24 hours. No obligation.
What comes with my neon sign?

Are your neon signs suitable for outdoor use?
Our neon signs are designed for indoor use only and should be kept away from rain, moisture and direct exposure to the elements.
How do I choose the right size?
The best size depends on where you plan to display your sign. Smaller sizes are perfect for shelves, desks and cozy spaces, while larger sizes make a statement on walls, at events or in businesses.

Can I use uppercase letters?
Yes! Please note that LOS ANGELES 12, MONACO 09, WAIKIKI 03, and NEONLITE 08 are uppercase-only fonts. For all other fonts, each uppercase letter counts as two lowercase letters when calculating the maximum number of characters for your chosen size.
What if my sign arrives damaged?
We want you to love your neon sign. If it arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send us a few photos. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Can I return a custom neon sign?
Since every sign is made just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
Can I adjust the brightness?
Absolutely! Every sign includes a dimmer, so you can easily adjust the brightness from a soft ambient glow to a brighter statement.
How long does the LED last?
Our LED neon signs have an average lifespan of 10,000 hours.
